Return and refund procedure

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased after receiving your order, under certain circumstances, you may be able to return them for a refund. We have provided you with information regarding these terms and conditions and our refund policy. These terms and conditions may be revised and changed at any time.

 

Eligible for return

A - If the expiration date of the product you received has expired by chance

Or the product packaging is damaged during the transportation process.

Or there is a visible defect that is visible upon receipt of the goods.

It is possible to return the product and get a full refund without paying any fees from you.

 

B- If for any reason, including revision or mistake in product selection or similar cases, you wish to return the product, you can return the desired product within the product return period, by paying the return shipping fee, and claim the payment. In this case, the desired product must be returned in its original and intact packaging.

In both cases above, you have a maximum of 2 days to contact us and request a return of the goods.
